This summary information is provided to our clients at the top of every resume submittal or on a separate form.
Interview Coordination and Feedback: When scheduling and coordinating interviews, North American Technical Staffing recruiters leave nothing to chance. Our interview confirmation email is the best system available and we provide prompt feedback to employers and candidates afterwards.
Reference Checks At the employer's request, North American Technical Staffing will perform reference checks on our candidates or provide the references for our clients to check. North American Technical Staffing uses a comprehensive reference check format for our reference checks.
Offer Negotiation & Placement: North American Technical Staffing recruiters believe the “hard copy” offer letter should be a formality and that the client and candidate should already know the offer has been accepted before it is sent out to be signed. With North American Technical Staffing as your primary liaison, both employer and candidate have the opportunity to hammer out the details of an offer until both parties are satisfied and both employer and candidate agree on employment terms.
Exclusive Territory (non-compete): Our sincere and professional employer relationships are what make us who we are. North American Technical Staffing will not provide recruiting services to direct competitors in your immediate geographical area.
Fees and Contract Agreement: North American Technical Staffing provides recruitment services on a contingency fee basis for Domestic workers and Flat rate for Foreign workers. For Domestic workers your company will only be charged after the candidate accepts and signs your offer of employment and actually commences work. Fees for Foreign recruitment services are paid prior to actual start date due to procedural necessities. We will send you our contract prior to providing services.
